Appointments

Booking an Appointment

The surgery runs an appointment system. Urgent medical problems are reviewed on the day as an ‘emergency appointment’ so please make your request clear to the receptionist, although this may not be with the doctor of your choice.

Cancel appointments as soon as you no longer need them

We run 10 minute appointments and if you have complex or multiple problems please discuss when making your appointment.

Book ONE appointment for EACH patient who wishes to be seen.

Try to keep telephone calls brief to keep the telephone lines free for urgent calls.

Home Visits

If possible, please come to the surgery where we can offer more comprehensive care.

If you are not able to come to the surgery and need a home visit, please let us know before 10.30am unless an emergency arises later in the day.

Home visits are made on the basis of clinical need at the discretion of the Doctor.
